If you are not satisfied with our reply to a complaint you have made to Dentons Wealth, you can refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
Dispute resolution.
A copy of a summary of our 'Complaints Procedure' is available on request. Should you ever have a concern or a reason to complain about the advice we have given or the service we have provided, please write to the Compliance Officer at our business address. In the event we are unable to agree a resolution to a complaint made against us, you may be entitled to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
FOS provides consumers with a free and independent service for the resolution of disputes with organisations that are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
